Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and internationally upon request. Delivery costs and times are automatically calculated during checkout.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on the product. In-stock products are shipped within 48 hours. Custom or customizable products may require 2 to 8 weeks. Each product sheet indicates the estimated delivery time.
How does delivery work?
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to arrange a delivery by appointment , according to your availability. Each step is meticulously planned to ensure a smooth, punctual, and hassle-free experience.
The products are transported by specialized carriers , trained in handling high-end furniture.
Beetch coordinates the entire process , from logistical preparation to delivery.
Is assembly included?
Most of our products are delivered assembled or pre-assembled. If assembly is required, instructions are provided. A home assembly service is available in certain areas: contact us to find out more.
Order
Can I order as a professional?
Architects, hoteliers, restaurateurs, interior designers... we offer services dedicated to professionals: specific discounts, tailor-made quotes, logistics management, and product sourcing. Contact our sales team via our professional form.
Can I return a product if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Returns are at your expense, unless the product is defective or due to an error on our part. Custom-made products are not eligible for return .
How do I track my order?
- If you have created an account, you will find the tracking of your order on your account interface in "my orders"
- If you have not created an account, you will receive an email containing the tracking of your order as soon as your order is shipped.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email or phone. Orders cannot be canceled if they have been shipped or are currently being manufactured, for custom-made furniture.
My order arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the damage.
Following this, we will offer you either a replacement or a refund of the order.
Where can I find my invoice?
Your invoice is available in your customer area , under "My orders" . Once your order has been shipped, you can download the invoice in PDF format directly from your history.
If you placed an order as a guest or cannot find the document, please contact our customer service team , who will quickly send it to you by email.

Can I make my payment in installments?
Yes. Beetch offers you the option to pay in 4 interest-free installments via PayPal , subject to eligibility and within the limits authorized by our payment partner . This option is offered to you directly when placing your order, at the payment method selection stage.
To benefit from this service, simply select PayPal, then choose the “Pay in 4 installments” option. Validation is instant, with no additional formalities required.
I am a professional: can I pay in 30 or 60 days?
Payment in 30 or 60 days is possible for existing professional clients, subject to prior validation. This payment facility is granted on a case-by-case basis, only to partners with an order history with Beetch , and upon presentation of guarantees.
A deposit is always required , and the balance is due before shipping. If you would like to benefit from specific conditions, please contact our team via the professional form . Each request is studied individually, depending on the project and the company's profile.
